This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented and motivated Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) to join us as an initial member of our clinical team. You will play a pivotal role in establishing the care protocols and efficient patient flow of NOVA Pediatric Orthopaedics. In this ground-floor role, you will have the unique advantage of running your own clinics and shaping the clinical direction of our group with significant professional autonomy.
Run your own clinics focused on various orthopaedic conditions, post-operative follow-ups, and non-operative fracture management.
Collaborate with other APPs to efficiently staff and run our daily walk-in clinic for acute injuries and urgent orthopaedic concerns during business hours (no early mornings, evenings, or weekend call required).
Provide expert, evidence-based orthopaedic care, including fracture reduction/management, joint injections, casting, splinting, and interpretation of imaging (X-rays).
Serve as a valuable team member, ensuring seamless communication between the physician team, patients, and families.
Opportunities to work in office and operating rooms
Current certification as a Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP).
Eligible for full, unrestricted licensure and prescriptive authority in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Pediatric Orthopaedic experience is strongly preferred. Experience working with children (infants through adolescents) is highly valued.

A licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Virginia with a degree from an accredited PT program (DPT preferred).
